All items must be picked up, or shipping arrengements made, by two business days following the close of bidding on the item. All sales are made only on the terms published in the catalog. Terms for this auction include: A 10% buyers premium will be added to gavel price, and Kansas sales tax will be collected. Out of state buyers who hold a sales tax exception certificate in their state are not subject to sales tax, however a Kansas Exemption form ST-28M must be completed and a copy of your State certificate must be kept on file. Items in this auction are sold as is with no guarantee whatsoever. Guns and ammunition are specifically not warranted for shooting. Ammunition of unknown origin should not be fired, and any ammunition in this auction is sold for salvage of components or as collectibles only.
