Terms for Online Pre-Auction Bidding
No shipping. All items must be picked up by the following Tuesday of this auction. All sales are made only on the terms published in the catalog. Announcements day of auction take precedence. Such terms will usually include: A 10% buyers premium will be added to gavel price. Kansas sales tax will be collected, unless announcements are made otherwise. Out of state buyers who hold a sales tax exception certificate in their state are not subject to sales tax, however a Kansas Exemption form ST-28M must be completed and a copy of your State certificate must be kept on file. Bidders must pay before leaving the auction (Cash, Visa, Mastercard, AmEx, Discover Card or check).
This is pre-auction internet bidding. Therefore auction will end 2 hours before live auction start time.
When internet bidding closes, if you are the lead bidder that will not mean that you have won the item. All items are put up for sale in front of live bidders. We will use your online bids to bid for you. Then if nobody outbids your maximum the item is yours.

When internet bidding closes, if you are the lead bidder you have won the item. We will email you an invoice of your final bid and total charges. The credit card included in your bidder file will be charged within two business days following the close of bidding and before any items can be picked up or shipped.
